What does Fortress do?
We find the one constraint limiting a growing company's performance, fix it, and prove the return in your own numbers before more money is committed. Our two services are Workflow Performance and Enterprise Performance.
Who do you work with?
Owners and leadership teams of companies with 5 to 500 employees, in any industry where growth is exposing how the business runs. We are based in Ada, Michigan, and serve clients across the Midwest and nationally.
Where do we start?
With the free 12-minute Constraint Assessment, then a 20-minute Clarity Session. Both are no cost, and you can stop after either step.
Do you implement, or just advise?
Both. We move from diagnosis into operating changes, and we are accountable for the performance of the workflow, measured in your numbers, not only for the advice.
Is AI part of the answer?
Only where it fixes a constraint. We improve the workflow first, then place technology where it creates measurable value. Read more in why AI projects miss ROI.
What if the constraint isn't worth fixing?
If it isn't worth roughly 10× what it cost to find this year, we tell you at the end of the Diagnostic and recommend stopping there. There is no Sprint pitch.
