The Clarity Session

Twenty minutes on the problem. No deck.

Bring the queue, the process or the number that is costing you the most. We will name whether it is a workflow, the operating model, or the seat — including the answer that you do not need us yet.

The session is free. The diagnostic is not.

What a Clarity Session is

It is not a pitch, and it is not a discovery call.

We diagnose before we recommend, and the diagnosis is always done by our own team. In twenty minutes we can usually establish what is constraining the work, who owns it, and whether the problem sits in one process or in how the organization is structured to decide. Those need different answers, and it is worth knowing which before either of us writes anything.

What happens to your data

Nothing needs to move for this conversation. Do not send PHI, PII or a production extract through the form. A Target Operating Model engagement never takes your data at all. A value-stream diagnostic works against your systems, and the agreements that allow that are in place before anyone touches anything.

What happens in the conversation

  1. 1
Name the constraint — what is actually breaking, in your words.
  2. 2
Confirm who owns it, and which number moves if it is fixed.
  3. 3
Establish which layer it sits in — a workflow, the operating model, or the operating seat.
  4. 4
Leave with a recommendation, including the recommendation to do nothing yet.

What you’ll leave with

A clear view of what is limiting performance — and which number it shows up in.
Whether the constraint sits in a workflow, in the operating model, or in the operating seat.
Whether a paid diagnostic is the right next step, or whether it is too early for one.
An honest recommendation, even if Fortress isn’t the right fit.
